That’s the same position as our previous survey, though fewer cited it (42%) in 2024 compared to 56% in 2020. Bandwidth issues slightly outpaced customization as secondary and tertiary concerns. Few companies have yet to fully migrate to IaaS, with only 8% indicating they have done so, compared to 6% in our previous report.
